So there's a 50/50 chance a friend and I may make the journey out from KY/Cincinnati for this if there's room for one more F. I have a ton of vacation I need to use and have family in Richmond. Would be good to group these all together!

Sounds like a perfect way to burn some vacation time and see some family too. We definitely have room for one more of if you want to come. There is no limit to the number of people that are invited... if you're reading this and you have an IS-F, you're invited. Just let me know you're coming so that when I call the restaurant for reservations we can get a big enough table.
so if I have a built in K40 radar..i just turn it off in virginia because radar detectors are illegal? then they can't detect my detector. I watched this trucker with a built in k-40 trick the VA troopers on you-tube the other day. it was hilarious..
i don't think VA is very IS-F friendly..
Yup its illegal to have a radar detector in VA. But so long as you have it off you should be fine if your concerned about getting caught using it. I know lots of people that use them here still though but you want to make sure its one of those stealth ones.
yes, the law says it needs to be off, out of reach from the driver, and disconnected frm a power source. But just turn it off and you should be fine. Sounds like a fun meetup
