I think I've got that issue now with the Corsa mufflers which causes an annoying rattle at certain RPMs

I did the 2nd cat and muffler delete as well and love it. I still have the resonator in place so I can't comment on that. I believe there are a few people that have it removed as well. Hopefully they'll chime in. That being said, I first deleted second cats only. I could post some video of before and after, but I couldn't tell any difference in sound. My wife's new Escalade sounded better and louder (love that LS3) than my F. So I cut the mufflers. The sound is beautiful. Loud, but not overbearing. At cold start with some revs it can have a bit of rasp, but once it warms up the rasp fades off. I have a friend with both a C5 Z06 and C6 Z06 and they are both cammed with headers and bullet exhaust. Those things are the loudest cars I think I've heard on the street! You won't get that kind of noise, but if that what's your after, I don't think removing the resonator is going to be over doing it. I would compare the my F to being just a bit louder than a stock Grand Sport with butterfly exhaust. Barely.
