I also have this problem. I believe the only way to fix this is cutting the "bumpy parts" of the inner liner or liner all together.

The only fix for the scraping is to shave down the bumps on the inner fender liner. I had this same problem and this fixed it.

It's plastic that no one is ever going to see and will not have an adverse effect on anything. Shave away.

You could also try a heat gun to mold it if you don't wanna cut it. I ended up cutting mine though.

I cut this small part near a bolt but that's not enough. Still rubs, it has already ate up some but I can def hear rubbing. Hence I still have stock tires w 15mm spacers I know that also has an affect on it too. Maybe ill hold until I get aftermarket wheels within a few months....crack up the radio volume meanwhile lol

I had the same issues with on 20's and 15mm spacers, eventually I just lived with it. I'm back on 19's now and no rub what so ever.
