From a personal point of view. It doesn't bother me at all. There really is no difference between the original and any after market mufflers out there hooked on an IS-F unless you change the tail pipes to the JDM look. The only difference really is the "growl." 
Also, my intention really was for you guys to have an idea of how it would sound under normal driving conditions.

@saintlexus or any other joez exhaust owners, does the mufflers single tail pipe not line up with either fake tail pipe bother you! I'm just wondering how this looks. It just seems alittle odd not to have two pipes coming from the muffler.
