Cars to leave my F for?
I love my F but I keep wanting to change and although I'm not quite ready there's a few cars on my mind. I think if I were to leave my F it would be for either 997 911 turbo, GTR, ZR1 or on the classy but not so fast side I love the Aston vantage v8 (couldnt swing a 12; tear). What are people opinions about these cars from the F. If I leave I want to be in more of a sports car. I have another vehicle and don't really need the sedan. Any other ideas, I'm thinking used but clean 65-75k budget

If you have the budget (which is sounds like you do), I can't imagine a better buy than finding a GTR. I really, really love the 911 turbo but a GTR is the best deal out there. And it has "some" room for cargo which the 911 "kinda" does.

You could get a 2007 or 2008 911 Turbo for around $75k now...If I didn't need a sedan, I would consider it. It is one bad a$$ car. I love my ISF, but I have to admit that while it is fast, I would love to have another 100 whp...the absence of tuning/FI is killing me.
If you ever really consider the V8 Vantage, make sure you get a 2009...40 hp bump from 2008...still not fast though, but sexy as hell.

I would be a gradual climber with practicality always in mind (no 2 seaters), like the new RS5, a 2011 GTR, or a rare new model used M5. Porsches to me are supercar territory with supercar lifestyle. Not there yet...lol.

Why do you think it's a better buy than other options. Three of my choices are 110-150k choices retail. The gtr was the cheapest new.but If you pick up any of them up from 08-10 used and find a good deal you can have any of them for the same money. The zr1 is faster than all of them , the Porsche is as fast as the gtr stock for stock but with a nicer interior and more refinement. The Aston is the slowest but has the highest cabin quality and the car is beautiful. By far the best looking out of my list, by no means slow and rare to see.

I have a 996TT and it is an amazing car. I wouldn't get the AM even though they are beautiful, a mechanic that works on exotics told me that they were unbelievably expensive to maintain. The Ctsv coupe is also on my list. I test drive one before getting my f and I did like it, but I guess not enough. The gtr is also rather expensive to maintain and while I think it is an amazing machine, it isn't attractive to my eyes. The zr1 is an amazing car, but I'd get a zo6 and save a pile of money before getting the zr1.

I dunno, I would always want a 4 door fast "track ready" type automobile.
However my next pure sports car will be: Corvette Z06 or 996/997 GT3. Something light and meant to be a sports car from the bottom up.

I will keep my F and use it for a DD when it's paid off. I've already had a GT-R, but that being said, I'll add to the stable one of the following:
2011 or newer Porsche Turbo S (looked at a 2013 yesterday)
Audi R8 V10
Lamborghini Gallardo
Or yes.......another GT-R. It's THAT good.
The bad thing about the top 3 cars is you have to put golf clubs in the passenger seat.

I almost got a used GTR for 65k, but I like to drive my car everyday and also wanted a 4 door. When I test drive the F it was no GTR but I know its perfect for what I need.

Dream would consist of a GTR, ZR1/Z06, LFA, Aston Martin any Ferrari, Lambo, Maserati, Porsche Panamera Turbo. I love 4 dr vehicles so I would really only stick with that so in a real world maybe a used Pamamera Turbo, I already have the M3 Sedan which I was not happy with, maybe a new M5, I dont like MB or Audi, so can think of much to trade for....

My next car has to be AWD. I'm already doing 4.0 0-60 on the streets and even if I had 100 more hp, I'd be down to perhaps 3.5. I want to be down to 2.8 second 0-60 on the street and ATM, that's a 911 Turbo S or GTR. I'm thinking the new 991 Turbo S would be a definite UPGRADE while the GTR is a massive upgrade in performance but not class compared to the F. Only thing stopping me is the 200K tag Hahaha - that's a pretty good deterrent!
