Understood, thank you Joker4096. Wanted to confirm prior to attempting and not overlook any known issues that might be encountered.

Have confirmed issue was as stated in previous replies, (center plastic speaker insert was separated from speaker). Completed removal / repair of speaker center and thought I provide additional photos showing removal process of speaker grill from dash pad. After removing the two 10mm bolts holding speaker in place, removed the speaker, used trim panel tool to gently puush fabric cover partly from speaker, and then noticed the speaker insert off speaker. Followed previous replies instructions, and glued plastic insert onto speaker, and glued fabric cover back into speaker and re-installed. THANK YOU TO ALL WHO PROVIDED THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON RESOLVING THIS ISSUE!!!!!!!!!!
Photo shows Shows three tabs located on front speaker grill cover, that are pressed backwards to release from dash pad (used flat interior trim tool to depress
tabs noted by white arrows);

Photo shows additional tab located on right side that is pressed on to release (another tab is located on left side as well, not shown).

Photo shows underside of speaker grill cover after removal;

THIS worked for me! Thanks you guys I’ve had the car for 2 years(is350) and never figured it out or had the money to invest in a replacement speaker! Just a little super glue and 2 tools to get the speaker out and back in and she’s good to go! I used a flathead to pop the speaker cover off the dash and then a wrench to undo the speaker from its mount. I had to rip the little net cover to get to the plastic bottle cap piece from the speaker and glue it back on but it works amazing now.
