Vijay- I just sent you an email.
This is shaping up to be great! If we get between 30-40 ISFs there, that'd be awesome even if we don't break SoCal's BBQ meet record.
Here's my thoughts on the itinerary:
-Early morning: Meet up at the various caravan spots and begin the drive down
-12pm: Begin arriving at the restaurant (TBD). Given different traffic and trip times, we'll give ourselves an hour to gather in the parking lot, meet each other, take some pics, etc.
-1pm: Eat at the restaurant. Hang out. Talk cars.
-2:30pm: Take a scenic drive over to the bay to take some group pictures.
-3pm: Arrive at the bay/park. Take pictures. Post frantically to Club Lexus bragging about how many cars we have present.
-4pm: BREAKOUT session. Some will start heading back home at this point. Some may want to go Karting somewhere. Some may head to visit family. I plan on leading a group back to Dover Downs, because that's where I plan on getting a hotel room. Those of us who want to do a little card playing, gambling, grab a drink etc (21 and up, obviously) can have some fun at Dover Downs.
Sound like a good plan?

Just throwing a couple suggestions out there. A little further south there's Bowers beach. I'm not sure how close you can get a car to the water, but there is a seafood place on the water there. A little north there's a crab place in Leipsic called Sambo's, also on the water, great crabs. And still further north ( closer to me) in New Castle county, there's Port Penn. Good spot for photos. Delaware City, good photos and Crabby Dicks restaurant. There's historic Old New Castle, great spot for pics and food, bad spot for 30+/- cars. Then there's Wilmington, about an hour north of Dover. Anything you wanna do is there, pics on the water, tons of restaurant's.

How about we meet at the casino parking lot as originally planned, and roll out from there? That way we don't have to give late comers the run around on the new location. We may have to carpool to the restaurant location if we can't find a spot that will accommodate all of us. That would cut it down from ~30 F's to about 10-15.
So ultimately we would meet at the casino lot, roll out to get something to eat, come back to the casino, pick up everyone's cars and roll out to a scenic location. This may change depending on the location of the restaurant.
Since I'm vegetarian (probably the only F guy that is, lol) I may find another spot to eat since I can't eat seafood...

As for being a vegetarian, while we won't find the same level of selections you'd find in the NY or DC metro areas in DE, I'm sure wherever we go will have something you can eat.

Alright, so we're getting closer on an agenda.....I will update original post when we finalize plans.
For those that want to hit the dragstrip (including me) you may want to bring/purchase a Snell-rated helmet. I plan to purchase one this week... I just need to find stores to check fitment.
I pulled this from Englishtown Raceway Park, a drag strip near me:
Racers 13.99 and quicker must use a Snell rated helmet (minimum Snell-2005.)
