scenic areas:
Cape henlopen about 45 minutes away from casino. This is by far the best scenery in Delaware and they can handle a few hundred cars, however there is a fee and it is higher for non-residents to get in.
RT9, pretty much any pull off on rt 9 is a photo shoot area but its only good for <4 or so cars. There are three pull offs with parking lots that can fit 50 or so cars, one of these spots has a beautiful backdrop of the bay with the nuclear ractor buildiong in the foreground (slightly background but huge) you can get to rt9 from any point in DE just as long as you head east as it is the coastal most road
New Castle County, It is the northern half of DE. in fact it holds 80% of the population in 1/4 the state. there are dozens of historical areas with good back drops. I can give examples if anyone is interested as this is my area. however, it is an hour north of dover.
My Lexus was taken from me so Im not coming but I can still give info as needed. Just send me a message or soemthing and I will answer the best I can. pretty much anything north of Dover I am very familure with, and the beaches as well, but dover proper to the cape I have no clue really.

Feel free to move me from the 'Maybe' to the 'Confirmed'!
7. psixtc (Matt, SFP)
I haven't heard if I need to go to Japan, but I'm 99% positive that my manager would not approve my travel with less than a week notice (crazy high flight costs!).
Since I'm leaving Cincinnati after work on Friday, I'll plan on joining the caravan from the West on Saturday morning to help break up the drive.

You can put me down as confirmed rather than a maybe. The VA caravan should all change their batteries in their walkie talkies for the trip. Haven't read every post in this thread to see if it had been brought up or not. Used walkie talkies in the past for other club outings and it worked well to coordinate pit stops and such while on the road. Cheers.

^Very good point, it actually has not been brought up. I have used walkies on previous road trips to meets.
Let's get to 50 guys.......I have reached out to the northern portion of NEISF individually. Kevin (vbb), if you get a chance try to PM some of the VA/MD owners who haven't RSVP'd.
We have a tentative agenda in the first post, if there are any issues feel free to post below. In the coming week(s) we will decide on where to eat. The plan is to have 4 people in each F unless the place we go to can accommodate 50+ cars!
