ISF Mega Meet - Saturday April 27, 2013 in Dover, DE

I again had the best time at the meet. Great people. I'm looking forward to more meets. Coming from nissan there is this yearly gathering called Zdayz. Check it out. Maybe we can pattern something like this.

It's a really well put together event.

...Let's stay in touch about this so we can get it planned if this is something we're going to do. Of course if most people don't like this idea, I would not be opposed to having the meet in Dover again either. I'm just really digging the idea of having here in VB because I know from experience it'll work. I could even get the local Lexus dealership involved with organization and maybe we can get some corporate attention as well. This could all be done.
Let's do this! And I'll help in organizing the Southern NELOC coalition (DC/MD/VA).
An East Coast Lexus meet would be awesome, and has been done before (see Lexfest from 2005 and 2006, which can be found in the Lexfest 07 forum in the Regional ClubLexus forums). Yes, those past events will be a hard act to follow, but we can start small and grow this into a major event.

Chris (Boma) brings up a good thought. VJ, you and I will email back and forth as we did so many times in setting up this meet, but IF we do decide to try and do an all-inclusive East Coast meet somewhere smack in the middle, like Virginia Beach, I can absolutely be instrumental in planning it and making sure we have a fantastic time. The key will be to see if we can get more southern members to drive up to make it happen. I know of a ton of spots for pics and a great park where we can rent out a shelter and do a full on BBQ. I've actually organized a meet exactly like this about 6-7 years ago down here, so it would not be too difficult for me to do it again. Most of the people ended up making it a vacation weekend, which was cool... come down on Friday, have the meet on Saturday, head home on Sunday.

Lol nice try... we hold the record for the most ISF's, period. Socal holds the record for the nicest "views". Anyone can have a meet and say "I had this many cars"......without pictures it means nothing. Yeah we were in an empty parking lot but me and another NEISF member chose it because restaurants were literally down the street. As long as our bellies are filled, we can do what we please.
So.....at the end of the day it's a win for both West Coast and East Coast, just in different categories.

Blitz_714 and VtotheJ should work on a nationwide IS F meet.

You definitely deserve a lot of credit for working to get everyone together. Most people that attended the SoCal meet I would have to say were only an hour of driving away. Some were 1.5 hours. For you to get people from so many states, together was a great achievement.

To be fair, the generally accepted center of the US is Lebanon, Kansas.

I move to second the Vegas proposal. If we could get good enough casino pre-coordination, the photo shoots would be unbelievable. Just imagine the photo potential with all the parking with the Luxor in the background
