my parents kicked me out right after i turned 20 and i think it was the best thing they ever did for me. they are strict but in a good way. they think i drive a is250 and dont know anything about how i mod my cars. they would seriously lecture me until the end of time.

if your parents can shelter you until you are done with school so you can save enough money to buy a house and move out, nothing wrong with that. i wasn't too lucky .

The problem is actually this. My situation is that my parent's house is actually my house. It used to be their house, but they signed over everything to me. If I move out, I have to not only pay for my new place, but also pay for this house. Reason why they did this is because they don't have the income to take advantage of owning a home. So they gave me the house so I could get a write off. Also, with the economic down turn, they can't afford the mortgage on the house because my father's income has dropped by 75%. Just glad he has a job. Mom doesn't work. She's been working for the past 25 years for 16 hours a day, 7 days a week... She deserves the break.

I also own two other pieces of property that I rent out...One I'm doing fine on...the other, property is underwater by $200,000. Trying to refi, but they want me to put down $80,000. F-that...LOL

no shelter is being provided here.....lol

Here is my setup. I use to have a gaming setup like the above picture lol . Here is my current setup. Mac Pro 8 Core 16GB ram, 4 SSD in a raid. then 2TB storage drives. 30" Dell and a 22" Dell. Im a Systems Network Analyst.. so its a good excuse saying "But babe, I need to be able to manage all my servers from home" lol.
