Default Changing over to PSS only at the front?

Dear all,

I need new front tires and looking at the PSS in 235 rather than the stock re050a in 225.
I am still running re050a in the rear in stock 255 and want to switch that down the line for PSS in 265.

Any issues for the meantime with the 235 PSS in the front?

Nope. I put PSS in the back and up sized to 275. Still have the stock PS2's up front but will change them to 245 PSS when the time comes.

Edit: Some people will tell you it will effect over/under steer, but unless you're tracking the hell out of the car, you won't notice anything. In you case, it will help with under steer. In my case it exaggerates it, BUT I haven't noticed a difference.

That's funny, I did the reverse of you. I have the re050a's in front and the PSS on the rear. That's only because I've been replacing the tires every other time with the fronts and rears. Next time around I'll need new front's and I'm considering the PSS, then at least I'll have a full set of PSS

Thanks a bunch for the info. Tires will be ordered

Interesting idea with the understeer, in regards to 245/275.

quarius, same idea here. The fronts lasted a long time and I had replaced the rears with standard tires at the time.
