Nothing wrong with low miles, could be any number of reasons.
IF you have multiple cars, short commutes, it's easy to average only a few thousand per year if that. I had less than 8000 miles on my IS-F in over 3 years of driving.
In comparo my 04 NSX has less than 15k miles in 4 years of ownership and I got it with 8800 miles. Once you have multiple cars, the mileage on each car goes down dramatically. Even our family suv's and hybrids average about 5k per year.

2008 was first model year for the IS-F, so theoretically those should have more miles than say 2011 and 2012's that are out there, but with people like myself who have multiple cars and do not daily drive the F and for other reasons have some 2008F's with mileages that are really low. I just wanted to see what the low end range was. Old man winter has kept my car in the garage for what has seemed like an eternity.

Honestly I have to say that i do not have a chance to drive my F much since i bought her in May 09(08 left over with 30 miles on it).Me and my wife work together, we own a small business and the wife just want to drive her gx470 to work she scare of sedan bc few years ago we got a big accident so my wife does not want to drive car again and we work 6 days a week so my F sit on garage all the times ,i really miss driving F everytime i see her but i do not know what to do maybe i'll let her go this summer,so far only 6800 miles.
