Default How much does CPO add to the price of the car?

Guys,

How much should a CPO ISF vs a non CPO IS F cost? Any rough ballpark? Is it a $3k difference?

Also, what would you expect a 2011 CPO IS F would be sold at?

Thank you!!

I bought my CPO 2011 F 11 months ago from a Lexus dealership for $53K plus fees it had 7k miles on it.

I would think a CPO vehicle should fetch a few thousand more than a non CPO vehicle. Pricing all depends on miles but I'd still assume an 2011 to go for low $50ks

Congrats, a certified car price varies on what needed to be done to it to meet certification. Usually 1K more roughly

Cost to the dealership to certify that car is about $500-1,000 depending on how much reconditioning needs to be done.......Value that it adds to the car is all in your perspective.

I recently purchased a 2011 with 5k miles and the dealer quoted me $1500 for the CPO. I declined that went with extended warranty instead, you should do the math yourself. I typically drive about 10,000 miles a year so this made sense to me.

A 2011 with 5k miles = factory warranty until 2015 or 45k more miles.
CPO ($1500, 3 year/100k from purchase) = warranty until 2016 or 95k more miles.
Extended factory warranty ($1800, 6 year/70k) = 2017 or 65k more miles.

Since I don't drive that much, the extended factory warranty works better for me.
