Now I wonder how smog check will work now, considering they'll be doing just visual and plugging into the obd reader. Would everything show up normal on the scanner if you brought the car to some one who didn't really care about the visual?

there are so many places that are tuner friendly, you just have to find one that will work with you. ask around the car scene. my cousin owns a shop down in huntington beach and works with all the high hp evos and gtrs. they all pass.
