Swapping out the covers with OEM Lexus pieces would not make economic sense. You'd need a $5k discount on the selling price just to buy the covers, and you'd still need to get them installed. For example, the lower cover for the driver's seat is ~$600 all by itself - ask anyone who has scratched one...
Recoloring orange isn't going to be easy, even for a leather professional, so you're back at either wear dark glasses all the time or figure out how you're going to live with it.
Option 3 would be junkyard seats from a wrecked F, but again, it's going to be a grip and a half.
BTW, FWIW, Sewell does not have anything listed for the seats at all, and they do not give you access to the EPC pages with the parts breakdowns for anything related to the seats except the seatbelts. The driver's seat cover part number, 7107253510C2, results in no item found, but all the other Lexus retailers come up on a Google search for the part number. Pretty frustrating.

I have a 2010 with the terra cotta and black and I love it. Just ordered a 2013 with all red interior...will have to see it to know how I feel. BTW, IS Fs now appear to be custom orders only because of the discontinuation, so if you want a 2013 you must move quickly.
