Getting ready to pull the trigger on an 08 IS-F with 70k miles. Carfax and service history is clean. Always maintained at Lexus. Seller says that the car still has over 50% left on brakes and tires were recently replaced. Any other little quirks I need to lookout for?

navigation screen non-responsive to input
those are the things I managed to get $5k knocked off final price for. fixing it myself, still in progress...

I know the owner says the F has been treated like the golden child, but when buying a used car, especially one without the factorry warranty, you have to comb the whole car with a fine tooth comb......your comb with you doing the combing.....and not the owner's...
