Default taking glue off the dashboard

I have three spots of what looks like glue on the dashboard. I am guessing that the previous owner had a fastrak mounted there. What's a safe solution to take these off? The spots are not that visible but it still bothers me.

Try some goo gone, it's good stuff for removing adhesives. Make sure to use a microfiber towel and try to be gentle with it. After that use a good dash cleaner to remove the excess.
