What do you guys use to remove the carbon build up on the rear bumper from the exhaust(catless)?
Especially on the GPW.

I use a spray bottle with a waterless wash wait like 30s and wipe with an ultra plush microfiber in one direction.

I use a microfiber cloth and gasoline to remove the buildup. I do this once every 6 months or so. (3000 mi per year driven)

Sigh, 3k per year.... only driven to pick up your tampons? I suppose the Prius can carry those in bulk.
j/k

I use a stainless steel and chrome cleaner on the tips themselves, as they get caked on good, and top it off with a little polish every six months. In the meantime when i'm not fully detailing her, I use a quick detail spray , quick water spritz, and clean off. For the bumper, quick detailer does the trick with a microfiber.

No don't do that. Use isopropyl alcohol. A 50/50 mix with water. That should take care of it. It will strip all the wax or sealant off also.

The gasoline did the trick. I washed it with car soap right after, then put on a coat of wax. Looks great!

I've done this for years and never had an issue with the gas stripping wax/sealant. Glad to see your bumper got cleaned up.
