Not feeling it at all. Sounds to raspy like a civic with a cheap canister exhaust. Doesnt sound exotic to me. I like to hear the rumble on the V8 better. I think Joe Z + PPE is the best sounding set up for the F.

I love how equal length headers sound on the IS-F's.
It reminds me of a Ferrari V8, in a sense that all the exhaust pulses are lined up and sent out smoothly.
If I could do it, EL headers, a nice y-pipe, 3/3.5" piping all the way back and split towards the end to whatever choice of mufflers, preferably something straight through with some meaty exhaust tips.
With the larger piping, definitely reduce that rasping.
headers that are equal length are the reason why most 6 cylinders sound the same and why many kids are all like "yeah man, my altima sounds like a GT-R!" or "My GT-R sounds like a Supra!"
Yes, because when exhaust pulses are designed correctly to make power, it will sound like a proper 6cyl, hence that 2JZ, RB, VQ note sounds similar, because it's balanced.
Now you put a true dual on a V6 and split the banks up, It's going to sound like a bag of @ss.
Same goes for V8 from choppy duals to H pipes, to X pipes, to a Y pipe.
SGmotorsport's 350Z for example, seen their EL tuned and balanced headers with Y-pipe? That 3.5L sounds like a 6L V12, and it does build power.

Not a fan of the sound of this ISF either. I prefer a deep roar. Car looks great though!
