Hey guys, Im going to be mounting a fire extinguisher in my F and I was just wondering if anyone has done it and where they have put it or where you guys think the best spot may be. Right now im thinking of installing in front of the passenger seat like in the image below.


Also what brackets do you guys know of that may work without having to drill into the floor board or other areas.

Im not 100% set on which extinguisher im going to go with yet but the one I'm leaning towards is the 1.4 lb HG100C by HalGuard, http://www.h3rperformance.com/hg100b.htm

Its a black bottle so it should blend in nicely and it has a metal clamp/bracket. If there are any others that you recommend let me know. TIA

A friend of mine just installed a http://www.ogracing.com/brey-krause-...nguisher-mount. it looks great. he has it under the driver seat, because the event he attended requires it to be within your reach (passenger seat does not count) he has an extra one that he is selling for $100

^^^ cool thanks, that mount is adjustable which is great and it looks like it won't interfere with the seat moving forward and backward - the event I'm doing also requires an extinguisher but I will have a navigator so the passenger side is acceptable. I think that's gonna be the best spot.
