Screw it...getting 2nd cat/muffler delete this weekend.
Been tossing around the idea of exhaust for some time now. Was gonna do JoeZ, then thought about going ISS, finally I was pretty dead set on Borla but I feel like the Borla is going to be too quiet and I am also saving up for a house so don't want to spend a lot of money right now. Going to try out the 2nd cat/muffler delete and see what I think. For a couple hundred bucks I suppose I can't really go wrong and if it ends up being unbearable I'll just get something else or have them put the mufflers back on.
Pretty excited to see how it sounds in person!

Good choice Ryan...you did hear my setup in person at the mega meet right? Sound clips on YT don't justify it. Sounds awesome in person. The day I got it done everyone in the shop was going crazy...I also drove over 3 hours that day without touching my ipod....and i NEVER do that....lol.
Let me know if you need any help!

I didn't get to hear yours unfortunately VJ because I was off talking to someone else I think when you shot your video. I know the videos don't do it justice but the ones you have of your car make it sound pretty good so if it sounds even better in person then I think I have made the right choice

I was in the same boat and when I decided to get ISS found out its been discontinued. Just got my Borla delivered today and put the savings into some headers. Trying to decide whether to get it installed tomorrow morning or waiting a few weeks for the headers.

the video's do not do these custom set ups justice.
I get compliments almost every day I take the F out about how great it sounds.
just make sure you get someone who is a good welder

nice. do straight pipes and get two resonators. that way you get rid of the restrictive mushed y after factory resonator. if it is too raspy get high flow light weight mufflers instead of putting stock back on.
good luck

Ryan If you do this it'll cost you more than a few $100. There's no point adding resonators because the existing one that comes with the stock exhaust is preserved. A simple 2nd cat delete and muffler delete replaced with stainless steel pipes will suffice. Getting rid of mushed Y doesn't do anything. My setup doesn't sound raspy at all when warmed up.

I get props ALLLLLL the time for the sound of my car. I still have my all my cats on. I just removed the mufflers and rear resonator. I get the thumbs up from fords, vettes, trucks, bmws, whatever. The ONLY person that has every consistently said that "it's too loud" was Blitz_714 LOL.
