It is as much, if not more about the future ISF as those rumor mill threads everyone gets hot and bothered in. He is eluding to this foreshadowing the future direction of Lexus. More importantly, it highlights the focus on performance and the weight Lexus is now putting behind the "F" brands. Beating BMW in their core market segment is a very strong foundation to build off of.

And yes, you correctly identified an IS350. The next step will hopefully be something with an F on it.
