Default Came out of the office to this

To find that someone had backed into my bumper in the parking lot. Good news is they left a note and I was actually able to get in touch with the person.

The damage is not to bad I thought I might be able to buff it out but the scratches are to deep. Do you guys think I should have the bumper repainted or get a complete new bumper? I want to make sure the color matches near perfect and not like the car max repainted bumpers.

Thanks for your help

That suck! You probably need the bumper repainted.

I believe Sewell sells the bumper painted. If you've registered with the site, you should get an additional CL discount. It doesn't look terrible, but it'll be more than just a buff to get the majority of that cleaned up. Best of luck!

Damn that sucks. That is good the person actually left a note at least. I'd get a whole new bumper on their dime if possible.

I feel you dude.. but at least that person left a note... mine was backed on the right side but that person didn't leave anything... it wasn't severe but it left a scratch on the bumper that's not buffable.. I was pissed...

Aaahhhh!!!! That sux. This is one of the reason why i park my F as far as i can. New bumper in sewell painted is like less than $800 with CL discount. Idk how much it would be to have it repainted to a lexus dealer. Good thing they left a note. Good honest people. Good luck bro

very rare, most would look around and if no one saw they would book it! especially here in the bay area lol.

Just like what everyone else says... buy a new bumper direct from sewell probably your best option.

Wow a sight for sore eyes! At least the person was nice enough to leave their contacts... I agree... get a replacement.

It happened to me this year but it wasn't that bad and no note. Buying the painted bumper from Sewell might be a hit or miss especially with your paint color. That mark is far enough in to the bumper to be blended.
