Transmission Acting Up?
Car is getting near 60k miles and the transmission seems to be stuck in "fully locked" mode on the 1-2 shift in manual.
This started after my track weekend. Prior to this, when shifting in manual mode from 1st to 2nd it is usually smooth unless your driving it aggressively. Now, even going slow with the RPM's sub 3k the shift from 1st to 2nd snaps your head back (sport off). I don't remember this as being normal? Was this a learned behavior due to the repetitive launches at the track? Should I reset the ECU? (I did reset the ECU the day before my track session).

This is a TCU issue, and you really don't want to reset the TCU. Dealer & warranty for this.
