Not sure if this is the cheapest, but it's a starting point.

If its a JoeZ exhaust that you are looking for, I believe JoeZ mentioned in another thread that l-tuned is an authorized distributor if not the only distributer for his exhaust system. But I could be wrong, and he probably will be chiming in to correct me. IF only the shipping to Guam wasn't outrageous I would of had one already. (cough, cough) JoeZ help ship me an exhaust via USPS LOL

1. Installed the rear bar from hotchkis front and rear IS350 set. The rear is the same as the Lexus one. The felt different. More planted. The factory one is tiny and laughable. I set it on the 1st setting. I'm putting BC coils tomorrow. I don't want to set it on over kill.
2. Installed the front. Hotchkis is slightly thicker but much heavier than factory. Car felt even more different. Tighter.
3. Installed the Borla. Sound is worth it by itself. But I can definitely feel added power.
4. Installed K&N Typhoon intake. Sound again is worth it. I might be imagining because of its noise. But feels like more power.
I'm not disappointed on any of these so far and the pieces are all high quality.
Tomorrow, BC coils and Apexi throttle controller goes on.
Week after BC Forged wheels go on. Waiting on a tpms rebuilt kit.
Week after that, PPE headers go on at JM Lexus.
2 months. I should have my full Toms Kit.
Then I'm finished.

Don't mean to thread jack. But got the BC Racing coils in. 16/12 setup. Front 12 clicks from full stiff and 14 clicks rear. I think if I had to do it again, I'd go for the KW V3. Those adjusting dials seem pretty loose. Driver rear, the 2nd dial came loose. The one your suppose to never touch. On the plus side. The drop was perfect from factory. Ride is somewhat better than stock. I have a 2012 ISF. For comparison, my last car was a 2006 M3. When I went from stock to KWs it was a night and day difference. The install was somewhat difficult. The stock pieces were stubborn in coming out. Did not get to the Apexi throttle controller. Will do tomorrow.

Got an alignment today and had Figs front control arm bushing. Ride is no different. Hopefully I will not have uneven tire wear. Shop charged me $150 for install.
Also installed the Apexi throttle controller. To say I love it is an understatement.
