Why the ISF over the M3?
Note: This is NOT a ISF vs M3 thread
I did a quick search but couldn't find an answer so I'm curious to know who looked at the M3 and ISF but ultimately chose the ISF?
I come from a family of Toyota/Subaru/Acura/Lexus and my most recent car was an 09 is250 (bought). I have always loved the ISF (engine, looks, interior, etc.) since the first time I laid eyes on it. So when it came time to get a new toy I decided to test drive the ISF as well as the M3 - I had a hard time choosing!
I'm sure there were a ton of other factors but the first thing that comes to mind on why I chose to lease an M3 instead is because I wanted to try something new (read: european). Also, I wanted to know why the auto magazines always had a hard on for the M3....but we can save that for another thread. The M3 is a fantastic car but at the end of my lease I probably won't buy it and go back to Lexus (or lease another euro).
Anyways, curious to hear everyone's thoughts?

p.s. I brought this question up on the M3 forums before but it was largely ignored because most of the guys on there don't think the ISF is on par with the M3...but I beg to differ.

Also, I did a search "m3 vs isf" but nothing good comes up.
EDIT: But seriously, rather than being smarmy about it since I suck at navigating these forums can you point me to the discussion?

NEVERMIND I found it! I should have gone to Google first rather than exhume an already beaten horse. :-p
And if anyone cares just search for this in Google --> site:clublexus.com/forums/ "m3 vs isf"
