I launched my car, rather aggressively I suppose from a traffic light onto the highway and after I grabbed 3rd gear I noticed I had a red error light on the dash. It was the steering symbol with an exclamation point. The steering itself had also become solid, which I'm assuming the assists had malfunctioned and turned themselves off.
I pulled over and restarted the car, the problem went away. What do you think happened?

I've been thinking about it... For other reasons. I had my 29th birthday last week and became frustrated that it seems I may miss my goal of having my mortgage paid off by 30. It would be cool to liquidate 40k real quick. Unlikely though.
Still, I was a little disappointed with the light!
