Default 2012 Lexus IS-F Price

Hi,
I have the opportunity to purchase a new 2012 Lexus IS-f. This is a leftover black on black from a Lexus Dealership. The list is approximately $66K ( Navigation and Levinson Stereo ).
I really do not know what a fair price for a 2012 is. It is new but 2 years old. Is $10K off the list unreasonable. Do you think they would take off more than 10K?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Regards,
Joe

When I got my new 2013 IS-F, there was CPO 2012 with same equipment as yours with 12k miles being offered by dealer for $55k. $5500 off MSRP or more is doable for new 2013.

I have seen guys on here pick up new 2012s for $56-57k. Prob depends on the area ur in, my area of Florida rarely gets in Fs at Lexus dealers so they command a premium.

I am in NY. The salesman said that he thinks they might take as much as 10K off the list of this 2012. They still have 2013 ISF's in stock. I was just wondering if there was any incentives to the dealership that I might take advantage of, if someone knows.

Back in Nov of '12 when I was shopping for my 2012,
couple of dealers were going below $56k already.

I'd go in low, like $52k, work your way up.
How many test drive miles are on it?

There's about 165 miles on the car

Wow!!! That's pretty expensive for a 2012 ISF. Who do they expect to buy it at this price? Crazy!!! Yeah, $10k drop is reasonable for this ISF. I think you should try to bargain to the lowest amount you could get. good luck

$55k should be doable. I bought my 2012 in October 2012 for $55k, brand new with 19 miles.

But I was very firm with my offer and stuck to my guns for about a week before they came down to that number, little by little, all the while making them believe I was willing to walk away otherwise. With such a limited quantity of new IS F's available now, it may be hard to play poker with them.

Good luck! Hope you get it.

after a certain point the dealer actually loses its manufacturer incentives on leftover vehicles. Deeming them used. So depending on what point they actually took whatever incentive (rebates/dealer cash) they had available that's the range they are willing to sell the car for. You can expect to pay anywhere from $55k to $58k depending on how bad they wanna sell the vehicle. Good luck
