the kids went to school and weren't even down the street yet before me and the wife hit the road just to go waste some gas and have some lunch in the Bay area. I am a vet of the bay area but we ended up so damn deep in S.F. i was lost - even WITH navi hahah....well not totally lost, but seriously, we were deep Anyway, i normally post car audio video's because that is my thing, but i just wanted to take you guys on a ride with me for this one. I had the gopro's already in the car so why not

hell ya, it was funny, we were like "bye guys".....and within minutes we were gone. Usually our sons go with us but we snuck this one in.

 

That's awesome! For someone like me who has never been there. I loved you going over the bay on the SF bridge.

Someone should open a thread or sticky on "City Tours in the IS F" from owners driving around there local landmarks and putting them on display from around the world.

Should be easy this day and age of cell phones.

Nice vid. I would have loved to take reaction videos from my NYC ISF cruise in June. We had all kinds of people approaching us as we ripped it thru Manhattan. Problem is I didn't have a passenger to take videos. Next time I will.

 

Cool video. I miss the days of driving through the city... taking shortcuts through the sunset, cruising the embarcadero, crossing the GG bridge to hang out in Marin. My brother's taken his F to the city a handful of times and tells me it's a real head turner, but I hesitate to take mine. Too much road debris flying around, too many potholes, unpredictable cab drivers, and a lot of punk drivers. I went to SFSU and my college beater got a lot of unintentional abuse. Maybe one day I'll drive through early on a Sunday morning.
