Yes the nav byapss lets u switch to either watch videos while you are driving or lets you us the nav function while you are driving. Ha ha I know what you mean about music I actually use the usb drive in the arm rest after I converted all my cd's to mp4 my fiancé using the bluetooth function more then me. And she only rides in the car on weekends ha ha. As far as sound quality yea ML is not the greatest in sound but oh well got to deal with it.
