As mentioned before, I bought 2 sets of these. One set going into my F and one set for my new Venza. I lucked out that both cars use the same foglight assemblies.
I figured I install them on the Venza first because there's a whole lot more room there and thus would be good practice. (Am I the first Venza to have factory LED foglights?? )
Firstly, I'm surprised that despite 4 screw holes on the fogs, they're actually only held on by one screw per foglight. 2 are slotted in and one is unused.
First impressions are that they're not brighter than stock halogen H11's. Might actually be a bit dimmer. Also, they're more blue than I expected. Not overly blue but definitely more blue than the LED DRL strip on my Venza and I already thought my LED DRL was a perfect color temperature, not too warm.

(Not exactly great quality pics. I only had my phone or ipad with me and I chose the ipad. haha!)
Daytime just after install. First frame is LED vs stock H11. (I don't know why it shows my DRL as being partially on in the picture. It's actually all on in person)
Night time pics. Hard to tell the color from the picture though.

The LED heat sync fins are on the rear of the fogs, where most of the heat is generated...

Had them installed by Tommy yesterday. I was thinking about clear bra before having them installed, but I was itching to get them on and see the output for myself. It is definitely an upgrade. Do you think a film would suffice, or would the housing have to be removed? The only problem is, my fogs are now brighter than my headlights. Changes to come...
