Transporting an ISF - any concerns?

You can pay extra for top load, which lessens your chance of rock chips and fluids being leaked from vehicles on top of yours.
Remember...even with enclosed service, your car will be loaded on a flatbed to get to a terminal unless you drop it off yourself. I had a shipper's car hail damaged while it was sitting on a terminal lot waiting for a transport truck.
No matter how great the transport company is, stuff happens. I work for a company and I ship about 600 cars a year. I have seen it all!

I'm having my car transported over 2,400 miles, fully insured for $1,400

As I personally shopped around, I got quotes from $1,100 to $1,800. I ended up going with Todd's recommendation, reviews/ratings of the shipping company, pick up day, delivery time, and type of trailer.
