Oem lexus clear bra
Who has it and how do u like it
I bought my isf cpo and it has it but the edges are lifting everywhere and it doesn't come with front bumper protection? Isn't that the most important part lol
And the line is killing me I'm about to just take it off

the oem lexus film kit does not inlude the bumper.
here's the description from lexus:
"Designed to cover the hood, fenders and side mirror housings, paint protection film helps maintain both peace of mind and vehicle resale value."

I had a clear bra installed on my car not via the dealership but by a 3M installer.
I did the following:
Whole front and rear bumpers,
Half the front hood/bonnet,
Bottom edge of side skirts,
Around the wheel well,
Both side mirrors,
and the edge of the doors where they hit when you open then up against a wall or another car.
I do have some lifting of the bra, but not much, the most obvious place are on the side mirrors but other than that they're not noticeable.

Technically no vehicles have OEM film on the front of the car. They are installed when the vehicle comes into port. Typically its jut the hood, fenders, and mirrors since they are fairly easy and can be done in volume. Bumpers take a lot of time so they are not done at the port. Some dealerships have in house installers though that will add in the bumper. Lexus typically uses 3M film though which is one of the worst films out there.

So clear bra through dealership or independent shop?
I just noticed that I got a bunch of annoying white spots all over the lower bumper (visible if I bend down).
Is clear bra worth it then?

clear bra is one of the best investment for your car's paint, but getting the OEM one is one of the worst bang for your buck investment. I think any reputable shop will be able to give you a much better deal while giving you more coverage because it'll be custom to your car

My hood has a couple rocks chips here and there but nothing noticeable. Should I cover it up with clear bra before it gets any worse? I'm most likely doing CB on the lower bumper area since I scratched it up pretty badly anyway (respray then CB)
