Default New isf pulling to the right?!

Guys I have 12 isf and since day one the car was always pulling to the right when letting go of the steering wheel ( no matter what angle road i'll be on), I took it to the dealer and under the warranty they did alignment which didn't help as I noticed later on. After putting about 23k miles on it and changing the back tires ( that got bold evenly ) I took the car to dealer again for oil change and they said that my driver's front tire is down to the metal on the inside corner but the passenger wears out evenly and still drivable. So my question is, it doesn't seem to be normal for the tire to be down to the metal like that on the brand new car ( after year and a half actually ) and on original tires?! Should I take it to a dealer and make a big deal about it or am I just tripping and its perfectly normal for one tire to be down to the metal on one side only?
Alignment was done 6-8 months ago and it looked good.

Thank you for all your help in advance

Do you remember hitting any pot holes or curbs? It's kind of late to make a big deal to the dealer.

dang your lucky they even did an alignment for you, most the time they wont do it because thats a wear and tear thing. my 12s steering wheel is crooked to the left a tiny tiny bit but it does bother me and it does pull to the right which is weird..im not sure if i wanna bring it in to do an alignment yet cause im going to lower the car anyways

I don't know if linking off-forum is allowed but see:

TSB # L-SB-0174-08

Also do a google search for: "lexus is-f pulls to the right"

Let us know if any of that helps.

They told me they can do free alignment for me as long as it was within a year or something like that , I think i was passed that little bit but they honored it anyways

We'll if the car pulls to the right same issue.

It's the same car why.
Is this just in some cars makes me a bit irritated recently they can never seem to know what's the issue and fix it. Really never had this problem before with my BMW :sigh:

That TSB is a diagnostic procedure. Unless tire and suspension technology is completely different it should still apply :P If you do a google search on the title "Repair Manual Supplement: Vehicle Pulling to One Side", you'll see they have different versions including some for Toyota and even earlier years. The TSB quoted above was published in late 2008 so they just haven't bothered to post another one.

I had this problem on my 08 a while back, thankfully my dealer was able to mitigate the issue with a good alignment (i forgot to get the spec sheet ). I would make the dealer try the following:
  • swap front tires, and
  • 4-wheel alignment
  • 4-wheel balancing
  • front & rear subframe adjustment
  • properly inflated tires

If all that doesn't work, check out this thread I started a while ago: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...placement.html

Mine still pulls right but it's so negligible that it doesn't bother me. There are two caster brackets that can be installed. Since you're a 2012 it should be covered under warranty.
