Question about exhaust smoke

I'm no even worried about damage. The engine is fine, and it's noting like a gasket. My thought is it's something like the scavenge pump for the heads not keeping up when you get the engine really pushing its limits. this could cause oil leaking in through the valves and on start it burns off the oil. It's got to be something like this I was just wondering if anyone actually figured it out yet.

PVC valve stuck man, have it replaced, its cheap. Happened to me last fall. Happen to the stig on top gear. It's not super common but happens under track conditions on these cars some times. I've been thinking about putting a oil catch can on my car, so if it does stick it won't pump oil into my intake manifold and I won't dump smoke and get black flagged on a track. My intake manifold recently was pulled and inspected and I was surprised at the layer of oil down the runners.

Part number 12204-38020 for all years. Right on the front of the intake. Pretty easy to R&R, pretty cheap too.
This has me wondering. The random ticking noise often sounds like it is coming from right where the PCV valve is. If it were gummed up with varnish..

crazy. I track mine all the time and have never seen this. I am heading to my 5th track day in 11 months this saturday. LOL Now you got me all worried. White smoke would freak me out. I used to drive real **** boxes in college and they all burned oil and it looked white to me. I usually do a few laps around the parking lot to let everything cool down .
What concerns me is that it may not be a good idea to ask the tech at the dealership because they may look at it as abuse.....but it is a car built for the track.
