Default Tricks & traps to gain access to radio wiring

I just received my GROM USB device and now time for the install. It has a cable that needs to plug into the rear or the radio. While I can wrench under the hood without concern, opening up the dash has never been my forte short of breaking random plastic parts, or having extra screws/parts left over. Besides, I've had the car for just about a month and that's too short of time to have to listen to self-induced squeaks and rattles. :-)

So if anyone has tips or a "how to" instruction sheet for how to open up the center stack, ooooo, that would be much appreciated...!

Many thanks in advance..
Chris

Sweet! Thanks!

Where in Houston are you? I'm in The Woodlands. Are any IS or IS-F clubs around?
