Default Anyone ever seen this

I'm a tall dude (6'5") and while getting in my F the other day in a hurry my knee jammed my volume **** and pushed it in. I've tried pulling with my fingers as hard as I could but I don't want to break it. Everything still functions fine it's just harder to use. You have to use your fingertips to adjust the volume. Let me know if this has ever happened to anyone or more importantly if I can fix it. Thanks

I think your best bet is to bring it in to a car audio shop and see if they can give you a hand, otherwise you may just have to just put more effort into pulling it out or have Lexus replace the whole thing if it bothers you too much. With that said this is the first time I've heard of this happening so maybe someone else may chime in with a better solution.

I bet what you need to do is get to the back of it and push it out. The front piece is just a cover. In the back are the actual pieces that are in slots. You need to get to it and push it back in line.

Most ***** can be pulled off. You probably just broke one of the pressure tabs. I would bring it in to be certain. It maybe $10-30 piece that you could slip on yourself.

Well I "fixed" it. I gabbed it with some rubber cannon plug plier and pulled it out. There are two stop tabs inside that broke. I superglued them and it's good as new. 👍
