I found this forum very helpful. I had a pesky low tire pressure light too. I checked all four tires and added a few pounds to a couple. They didn't seem down enough to cause the light to go on. I did check the spare and low and behold it was down 30#. So I filled that. Found the "reset" button under the dash and pressed it. It flashed and then stayed on and I thought that I had a bad sensor. For some reason, I decided to put the car in reverse to back out of the garage to see if that made a difference. The light went out after I moved a couple of feet. Not sure what voodoo I did fixed the problem ... but then, I'm just glad I don't have to put a piece of tape over that whacko light in the dash.

^^^Maybe the weather was a bit warmer today for you. I don't keep my spare in the car and the tpms light has never come on. I can assure you there is no sensor in the spare!
Glad your light is off though.
