When you register with them you put your CL screen name in and they automatically give you CL pricing on everything. There's no code to put in at the end.
I have no idea about the holes because I've never seen the mount you have in person.

Agreed, if you don't want to drill holes for mandatory front plates I would suggest using something like the Grimmspeed license plate mount that bolts into the tow hook location. Sure to some it may look kinda tacky but it is functional and it can easily be removed, and it doesn't block air flow to the radiator and oil cooler.
