IS-F vs RC-F
Anybody holding off purchasing an IS-F in lieu of an RC-F? Two very different platforms, I know, but the added HP and torque proposed b the RC-F sure is tantalizing.

Are you talking about a POSSIBLE 2015/2016 IS F vs a 2014 RC F?
RC F for sure is a no no…the car looks good from the side profile….other than that, it's an ugly car.

My thoughts exactly with edgeucated! It would be great if there was an ability for a retrofit, but we shall soon find out. But going back to the OP's question, while I think the design of this new model is great, I need four doors. Now, if there were to be a second gen IS F in the future, that would be taken into consideration. Obviously, there won't be an RC F in sedan form given the nomenclature, but it will be fun to see how it compares to the IS F.

I happen to like the styling personally, but the other two very important factors are still mysteries. How much is it gonna cost, optioned like my ISF, and what are the performance numbers (0-60, quarter-mile and road course) gonna look like? If the price is competitive and the performance a clear upgrade, then it is near the top of my short list for my next car. If the numbers aren't looking great, I'll be looking to Porsche for my next car. I'm kind of enamored with the Panamera even though I didn't like it at first.
