PPE is coming out with an exhaust with an electronic valve, so you can swap between quieter and louder settings

What caused the rattle?

There is a bracket that holds the back side of the transmission plastic belly pan. My Joe Z exhaust comes close to this bracket on the passenger side. I just took it off, trimmed it, and put it back on. Might have taken 30min including getting the car in the air. It's possible that the PPE headers shifted the position of the exhaust just a hair closer to the bracket(on the passenger side) because it didn't rattle before the headers. Oh well, no rattles now and the car is a hoot.

I haven't dyno my car yet... but i do have a question here:

according to the PPE web site,
http://www.ppeengineering.com/products/lexus/ISF.php
'The headers with no cats show a 38-46whp gain; The headers with high-flow cats show a 28-33whp gain'

and one of their customer's dyno sheet which already equipped with a modified exhaust system:

but on fstPassat's dyno only showing about 16 whp gains after the headers installation, ain't he should be expecting about at least a 30 whp on top of his first dyno with JoeZ exhaust?

Went to the track yesterday and the car ran great. The DA was +250' and the prep was very good. The car really loved hot lapping so I just kept at it with 4 passes in a row. The car trapped 117+ on all but 1 of those passes. Not bad for street tires IMO. Mods are PPE headers and Joe Z exhaust.
