Lexus Certified ISF brake issues
I just traded my 2008 USB ISF for a 2013 USB ISF. Came in today from Chicago and drove it and felt that the brakes were vibrating too much when pressed firmly. Vibration and noise occurs in response. This is a lexus certified preowned vehicle with 2435 miles on it. Has anyone had this issue or anything like this?

I would check out what was replaced during the cpo process. With that mileage it wouldn't surprise me if the dealership deemed it unnecessary to change prior to being sold as a cpo vehicle.

Sounds like warped rotors. Either due to extreme braking conditions or brakes were sprayed with water whilst they were still too hot.
I would get them to replace the rotors and pads. It is not recommended to machine drilled rotors.

I would try re-bedding the brake pads. Sometimes deposits on the pad itself can cause a slight vibration.

One of my previous rides had shaking upon braking at speed and had it machined twice. Should have tried to bed them in then,

Lexus replaced the front rotors and pads bc they were warped and had hairline cracks in them. Thank god it was certified. Lexus took care of me but it should have never happened in the first place.

According to the factory service manual, cracks are acceptable unless they are longer than 30mm. Unless someone didn't torque the lugs properly, the rotors were not warped, they were not properly bedded and they had uneven pad transfer. This picture shows cracking beyond acceptable limits:
