I have a OBD to Wifi that I connect my phone to so I can capture engine data and sync it to GoPro video

I also have a GoPoint BT1 OBD (wifi) device that sends data to my iPhone for my harry's lap timer pro app for track days… works great. I can also clear engine codes I occasionally get due to my header/exhaust setup.

I have the Torque for android also. it's ok but doesn't show engine or trans oil temp.

Not possible. The oil temperature is hardwired into the combination meter and never gets on the CAN bus. There is no Active Data for engine oil temperature, only transmission oil temperature. Sucks for sure - in my world, I'd have an artificial red line built into my engine program to be sure it was not possible to abuse the engine with cold oil. BMW did this years ago on the M5, but apparently Lexus isn't concerned about it.

There are different apps for Android and iOS and the devices themselves do not come with any apps.
Generally you'll want bluetooth for Android devices and wifi for iOS devices. I have both Android and iOS but have a Wifi OBD, the Android will connect to it but the apps don't see it.
