Default Wheel fitment questions and opinions-please

Okay guys I need your help with some more wheel and tire questions.

I am sorry I could not find the info I needed on here first. I just don't have hours to read through wheel threads to find someone asking about the same setup I am planning on using.
MAYBE A STICKY?!?! LOL!!

I am looking at this setup:

20x9 front
20x10 rear

Front: 35mm
Rear: 40mm

center bore:60.1mm
bolt pattern:5x114.3

I need to know if this will fit under an ISF, with no modifications and what size tires you guys would recommend . But I guess most importantly, will the wheel specs listed work on an ISF!?

Again any help is much appreciated.

Also I need you guys opinion on these wheels. Im pretty sure I have narrowed it down to these two wheels. On Smoky Granite Mica colored ISF.

or

Again any feedback positive or negative will be greatly appreciated.

20x9 20x10 for sure it fits. Tire sizes I would say 245/275 but also it all depends on how low you are going. I'm planning to do a 20x9.5 20x10.5 soon.

I am already lowered on Swift springs. Dont plan on going any lower. My main concerns were the offsets and center bore. Will those offsets look right and will I need hub centric rings for that center bore. But thanks so far.

This should work fine as I was looking at this setup myself going with the Rohana RC10 wheels (see below)...This picture is the 20x9 +38 and 20x10 +40 setup but the recommended tires from Rohana where 245/30/20 and 285/25/20...great look IMO!!!

Thanks to everyone who has chimed in so far.

Is using the 285/25/20 to keep the proper ratios? Versus using a 285/30/20?

Yes and for some reason Rohana also told me that if I ran the 275/30/20 on this setup that I may have rubbing issues...it must be a pretty tight fit...LOL
