He's joking with you OP. Intakes are roughly 3-4hp and exhausts like yours maybe 11-13hp.

Intake and exhaust are not high power mods. They generally don't do much more than change your sound and maybe pick up an mpg or two at best.
Where they become more beneficial is in conjunction with bigger mods, such as tuning, head work, or forced induction.

20 whp has been seen on dynos many times from your borla full dual exhaust and that intake did nothing for you.

I have seen pics of dyno sheets that show 40hp to the wheels with the exhaust and intake (k&N). Pretty sure it was 365whp before and 403whp after.

Disclaimer ( it could have also been with headers too).

Seems like a lot of noise for 9% boost in power. I think a better driver would make more of a difference on a track. The extra power may help in a drag race

20 HP is about right. I've attached a Dyno Chart, not mine, that shows baseline stock HP and typical gains connected with modifications.

You lost power from the Takada intake. Go back to stock or use an Afe dry filter and HPS tube.

I did a back to back to back comparison of stock vs. Takade vs. iCode a few years back on the dyno with an otherwise stock ISF and I lost power with the Takada intake ( as did anyone else that tested it) and gained 4whp with the silicone tube and Afe filter.
