A few years ago I saved links from Lexus website about the ISF and these links have since been removed. They were pdf files titled "Engine Story", "Transmission Story", and there may have been another.

The Engine Story talked about how a 4.6 was bored and stroked to 5.0, sent to Yamaha for head development, tested at Nurburgring; mentioned magnesium cam covers, diagram of triple oil pump system, etc.

Transmission Story gave specifics such as 2/10th sec upshifts, with graph breaking down initiation/engagement.

These were lexus documents. Does anyone have these files? It was excellent sales literature and showcased our cars in a way I haven't seen elsewhere.

Many thanks Lou. It was these documents that sold me on the ISF.
Of all things stickied these items should be number one imo.
Every ISF owner should have a copy.

OMG, thank you so much! I will be making a booklet for the car now. Would love to get my hands on one of those preproduction auto show booklets though. also the die cast model.
