That's a no brainier. BC, preferably with swift springs.

I've had BCs on my last two cars (02IS300, 08ISF). I got the Swift upgrade for my F with 16/12 spring rates. Couldn't be happier with them on both cars! For the price , they can't be beat!

ISC also makes coilovers for the ISF.

Like blkbrd said, whichever you decide on, get spring rates no lower than 16k front & 12k or 14k rear.
I have 12k/10k BC's & its just barely bearable, slightly bouncy :/.
