Default Quick help!!

Changing the spark plugs now and I'm trying to take the steering ECU out but the two clips on it are being a *****. (I know... It's sad that two clips are keeping me from finishing the job).

How do I unclip the white one on the left and the grey on the right? I don't want to force it and break something. Thanks!

I'm actually also having trouble getting to the first spark plug on the drivers side (closest to the firewall). I can see what needs to be moved but I'm a bit hesitant to move it. Can anybody be specific on what/how to move the surrounding pieces?
