Well the funny thing is I was getting ready to get rid of the F but by the time I put it back to stock, I ended up liking it better than everything else I was looking at. So I just decided to keep it and leave it stock. My commute really doesn't allow me to enjoy a performance car very much.

I am in the same boat with the original Sikky headers and Joe Z setup. I am actually leaning towards having my exhaust guy weld in a v band setup. I figure that way it is fixed for good.

Well...3 years later and we may have finally (hopefully) solved it. As you can see in prior posts, we've tried everything.
My last attempt at this is V-Clamp:

Step 1: Uninstall headers (about 4-5hrs)
Step 2: Send header to exhaust shop to get 1 of the V-Clamp flanges welded on
Step 3: Reinstall headers (another 4-5hrs)
Step 4: Somehow get very low car on flatbed tow truck and send to exhaust shop to have the other end (Joe-Z) matched up with V-Clamp flange welded on
Step 5: Test drive, pray, listen, hope...

We ordered 2.5" V-Clamps since that is the diameter of the Joe-Z exhaust. But we quickly learned that the header side is closer to 2.25" at the flange, so you can see by the 2nd pic that it flares out a little.

So far so good but its only been a few hours. Car sounds and feels so much better.
Some pics:

Wow!........ looks good though Hopefully this solves the issue as it looks like it cost you some $$$ to remove the headers and reinstall them for this
