I have the original 2IS box from WickedCAS. I'm very happy with it and I am still able to use my trunk net by moving the hook. People think it is OEM until I point out that it is not. That's how nice it fits and goes with the car.
Take a look at my build thread to check it out.

You can drill the hook in to the box or an existing hole in the trunk that is higher up. If you want to have a bottom hook you just have to make something or use a screw and washer at the bottom of the box.

IMHO they don't sound good enough for the price you're paying. Granted they sound much better than the factory subwoofer but my set-up, subwoofer and amp included, cost less than the price of either of those boxes.

It depends on what you want out of it. Sure a dual 12" box with a 1KW amp will give you all the boom you want. Say goodbye to a significant amount of trunk space, the pass through and possibly your spare tire. For me, these are important and not worth the sacrifice as well as my hearing. In my Bimmer I have a Polk 10" MOMO in a custom box w/Hifonics 300W amp. IMO it's enough (for me).
Takes up minimal space, sits on top of the battery and it's easily removable-

Nazar is a good guy and makes a quality product. I ran one of his boxes in my Supra which took the space of the factory sub box and still allowed me to mount my targa properly. Caveat to his boxes are the air space. It limits you to certain subwoofers which require less air space. It works for most people who are not looking for Sound Performance (SP) but Sound Quality (SQ). Like "that boy" stated the 4080 box is amazing and I am also running one with a Morel Ultimo 12 and a Zed Minotaur. It is an over kill indeed but I like SQ/SP.
